What We Do

Three ways we bring AI into your business.

🧭

AI Consulting

We assess your business, identify where AI creates real value, and guide you through adoption — strategy, tooling, and training included.

⚙️

Turn-key AI Solutions

Chatbots, workflow automation, and machine learning tools ready to deploy — customized to your processes and data where you need it.

🚀

AI Products

Our own suite of AI-powered tools, designed to be simple to deploy and deliver value from day one.

Products

AI tools we've built — deployable in weeks, not quarters.

Flagship

Private AI Platform

An AI platform for engineering and technical departments. It runs on your own infrastructure by default — local inference, local storage, nothing leaving the premises — and can also be deployed to a rented server in the EU or US, or connected to public models where that suits you better.

  • Documentation chat over your internal knowledge base
  • Test-case and test-script generation
  • Standards and compliance checking
  • CI/CD monitoring, diagnosis and automated repair
  • Document indexing and knowledge-graph building
Workflows

Agents & Automation

Purpose-built agents that plug into the tools your team already uses, handling the repetitive work end to end.

  • Jira, Git and CI/CD integrations
  • Onboarding and project-management assistants
  • Department-wide meeting and research assistants
  • Ready-made workflows, customizable to your process
Deployment

Runtime & Deployment

We size, install and configure the serving environment so your workflows actually have the compute to run at expected performance — on your own hardware, on a rented server in the EU or US, or against public model APIs.

  • Validate and configure your existing hardware
  • Specify and source recommended hardware
  • Provision and harden a rented server, in an EU or US region
  • Turnkey install, tuning and production validation
  • User, admin and workflow-builder training

Licensing

One shared pool of floating licence shards — consumed while workflows run, released the moment they finish.

🔁

Floating & reusable

A shard is a floating, reusable licence unit. It is assigned dynamically to any supported workflow and shared across teams, users and projects — you licence capacity, not seats.

♻️

Automatic return to pool

When a workflow finishes or goes inactive, its shards return to the pool and are immediately available to other workflows and users. If the pool is fully committed, new runs queue until shards free up — there is no surprise overage on your invoice.

🧩

Open, growing catalogue

New workflows join the same pool as they ship, each given a shard requirement that draws on the capacity you already licence. Most come ready to use — customizing one, or commissioning something new, is quoted separately.

Worked example — a 100-shard pool, fully in use
  • 5 chatbots × 1 shard = 5
  • 2 test generators × 10 shards = 20
  • 1 document indexer × 25 shards = 25
  • 1 graph builder × 50 shards = 50
  • = 100 shards committed
When the graph build finishes, its 50 shards return to the pool and are free for anything else to claim.

Shard requirements are quoted per workflow during discovery, so you can size the pool against how much you actually run at once rather than how many people you employ.

How We Work

A clear path from first conversation to production.

01

Discovery

We map your workflows and data, and identify where AI creates measurable value — and where it doesn't.

02

Pilot

A focused proof of concept on one real use case, so you see results before committing to scale.

03

Build & Deploy

We build the solution, integrate it with your systems, and deploy it in your environment.

04

Train & Support

Your team learns to run and extend it. We stay on hand with an ongoing support allowance.

FAQ

The questions we get asked most.

Does our data leave our premises?
That depends on which of the three deployment modes you choose, and it is your choice to make. On your own infrastructure — our default — nothing leaves the premises: local inference, local storage, no external API calls. On a rented server, your data sits with a named hosting provider rather than on your own machines, and you choose the region — we offer both EU and US. If you are subject to GDPR, hosting outside the EU counts as an international transfer and needs the right safeguards in place. Connected to public model APIs, prompts and documents are sent to that provider under their terms. We will tell you plainly which mode fits your compliance position before you commit.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Discovery usually takes one to two weeks. A pilot on a single use case typically runs four to six weeks. Full deployment depends on scope and integration complexity — we give you a firm timeline before any work starts.
Do we need to buy hardware?
Not necessarily. We can validate and configure hardware you already have, specify and source what you need, or deliver the whole serving environment turnkey. We'll tell you honestly which option fits your workload.
We're not sure AI is right for us yet. Can you still help?
Yes — that's often the best time to talk. A discovery engagement is designed to answer exactly that question. If the honest answer is that AI won't move the needle for you right now, we'll say so.
How is this priced?
Consulting is offered at day rates or fixed-price packages. Platform deployments run on an annual licence measured in shards — a shared pool of capacity consumed while workflows run and released when they finish, so you size it against peak concurrent use rather than headcount. See Licensing for how the pool works. Installation, customization and training are add-on services. Get in touch and we'll put a concrete number in front of you.
Can you build something specific to our process?
Yes — most needs are already covered by the standard catalogue, and workflows, integrations and agents can be customized to fit your process. Where something genuinely new is required, building it is a separate piece of work, scoped and quoted per project on top of your licence. Once it is built, it joins the standard catalogue and draws on the shard pool you already have, so running it does not require a new licence.
